Job Description Responsible for purchase of materials required by the company.
Follow up with vendors and transporters to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with stores & production team to ensure quality of products.
Develop new vendors to improve quality and lower costs.
Must be conversant in English, Hindi.
Must be comfortable with computer and Microsoft Office tools especially excel.
Must understand the requirement and market condition for seamless operation.
To survey the market and update the knowledge about new products and suppliers available in the market.
Provide information on choices of items available for purchase.
To compare the quotations received and select the supplier, who suits to the company’s requirements.
Ensure to place order with suppliers taking the lead time into consideration.
Negotiate with supplier and evaluate the proposal when required.
Responsibilities Will be trained to understand product requirement and market.
Will be trained for dealing for Import order and overseas suppliers
Business Development Manager
Education Bachelor degree in Engineering (BE), Electrical Engineering
MBA/Any Degree in business management with specialization in marketing (optional).

Experience Relevant work experience of 2-3 years.
Skills Should have an experience in pre-sales process.
Able to communicate effectively with new clients.
Excellent written and verbal presentation and public speaking skills.
Dynamic personality, go getter and aggressive in market.
Experience in Sales of Capacitors, Active Filters, TSC, Solar Inverters, Converters will be a advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities You Will Focus on 3 Key areas: Sales, Marketing and Relationship management.
Achieve Power Quality Product targets across all products through a focussed approach.
Achieve Business development targets enabling the region to achieve overall sales targets.
Identify areas/industries/segments to market InPhase Power Quality Products.
Effectively launch, penetrate and establish InPhase Power Quality products across your region
Generate inquiries for Power Quality products through effective business development initiatives.
Monitor and report relevant market and business intelligence like market development, competition analysis, pricing and strategies, etc time to time to meet organizational objectives and needs
Liaison with Consultants/Auditors resulting in approvals of the Power Quality products of InPhase.
Identify and meet new projects in the region enabling enquiry generation.
Co-ordinate and liaison with all internal stakeholders like sales, technical support, marketing, etc. to provide relevant and customized solutions to the customer.
Involve in negotiation of commercial terms, receivables management and travel extensively to meet customers.
