After training, the salary package will be INR 2.45 Lakhs per annum and will be subject to annual reviews.
To acknowledge the significant investment made by InPhase during the training period, employees are expected to commit to serving for 1.5 years after training, resulting in a total bond period of two years.

No, there are no charges for the training period. A stipend of INR 12.5K per month is paid by the company to the AET, along with free accommodation and lunch. A salary package of 2.45 lakhs will be offered post successful training.
Post-training postings will be in major cities such as Pune, Kolkata, Delhi, Raipur, Bhopal, Hyderabad, and Bangalore in India.
